How we run Value Adders with a Value Response Team
A Value Response Team is a lattice of agents plus one accountable human. It responds to a real need with a working result.
Value Adders wrote that down in 2020, when the lattice was a human team: domain expertise, front end and back end, quality, design, and an agile mix of seniority, held together by integrity. The idea has not changed. The tools have. We are making the idea true on Value Adders itself before we offer it to anyone else.
What is genuinely running today
- The addvalue.ai platform operator runs on a schedule. It writes operational records and queues work that needs a person.
- Papito Mamito, the entertainment worker, runs on Railway. Outbound posts pass a value gate before they go out.
- Akuoma is the CEO worker. The control-plane id is
ceo-akuoma. The Railway serviceworkforce-workeris configured to run that loop, send heartbeats, and pull tasks. If the heartbeat on addvalue.ai/admin is old, Akuoma is offline. A label does not make an agent present. - This repository contains many agent classes. They are a catalogue, not a staffed team, and this page does not sell them.
Paid work, when it exists, means we do it with you or for you after the method has been run here and written down with real numbers. There is no checkout on this page.
